Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements.
- Identify and address any logistics-related issues or bottlenecks.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status, resolve queries or complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Other reasonable duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
