Job Responsibilities
  • Solicit Facility needs within the company and develop Facility designs and specifications
  • Generate detailed RFQ packages for new Facility’s projects
  • Review detailed quotes and manage RFQ bidding process
  • Draft and negotiate vendor contracts
  • Develop schedules and milestones for Facility’s projects
  • Project management of construction projects
  • Manage and operate complex building management systems
  • Manage and lead Facility’s teams
  • Financial Management of the Facilities including operating budgets for all sites
  • Develop capital and operational plans in building maintenance and management
  • Vendor management
  • Manage building assets, supplies, insurance, and equipment
  • Collect Facility’s data e.g. water and electrical usage, solar production and recycling
     
     
    Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems
    • Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Experience with Building Automation software, programing and networks
    • Strong understanding of commercial leases, contract documents and routine accounting methods
    • 15+ years experience in facilities management of multiple regional sites which include R&D labs
    • Semiconductor testing operations, cleanroom construction and operation experience is a plus
    • Ability to travel to Asia, Europe and in US
    • Strong knowledge of project management, facilities, office services functions, with direct experience in a corporate workplace department
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to organize, motivate and direct teams toward objectives
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

     

    Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation.  The annual base pay range for this position is $183,365 - $263,639. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.  
     
    The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
