QA Technical Associate

Job Description: 
The primary responsibilities will include the following.  Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. 
  • Support Quality Assurance tasks related to customer inquiries, PPAP documentation creation and management, Return material requests (RMR/RMA), Corrective Action submission and tracking, Quality metrics tracking.  
  • Diploma or Associate degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of working experience. 
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with document management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment
Added Advantage:
  • PPAP or other technical documentation experience
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Experience supporting automotive customers
