Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experience Oracle Cloud Applications Security Lead Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
As a Oracle Cloud Applications Security Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Act as a Functional Lead within implementation teams delivering Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) – Security & Controls projects, managing engagements from initiation through successful completion while ensuring solutions align with client priorities.
- Advise clients on leveraging Oracle RMC Cloud capabilities to address security, risk, and compliance requirements across Oracle HCM, Financials (ERP), and SCM Cloud modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and translate risk management and security requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Design and deliver end-to-end security and controls solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational governance frameworks.
- Lead the implementation of Security & Controls frameworks across Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Configure and manage job roles, access controls, and security models across Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, HCM) to support effective risk mitigation while maintaining scalability and flexibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution architecture, configurations, design decisions, and integrations.
- Draft and recommend enterprise security strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements; define new and enhance existing security policies, procedures, and governance models.
- Stay current with Oracle RMC Cloud innovations, methodologies, tools, and accelerators, bringing continuous improvement to client engagements.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Peloton’s delivery processes, methodologies, and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–10 years of experience delivering Oracle ERP and/or SCM projects, including at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud or other Tier-1 ERP applications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Security & Controls across Financials and/or HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud security architecture, features, and functionality.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader) and application migration/deployment tools.
- Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
- Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycle methodologies including design, development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while supporting distributed teams and client stakeholders.

Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud technology security frameworks
- Experience with Oracle cloud security
- Additional experience with Oracle Risk Management would be a plus
