We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and financial targets. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured delivery leadership, and the ability to operate in complex, global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations (planning through go-live and hypercare).
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and integration workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client executive stakeholders.
- Ensure governance, reporting, and escalation management.
- Drive adoption of delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Support commercial discussions, change requests, and margin management.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (OUM/Waterfall).
- Experience managing global or multi-country programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Financial management experience (budget, forecasting, margin tracking).
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments Preferred Qualifications (Differential).
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Oracle certifications (ERP or Project Management related).
- Experience in LATAM regulatory or localization contexts.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
- Advanced spoken Spanish skills are required. English is a plus.
