Peloton provides Advisory, Consulting, and Managed services with deep functional and technical expertise specializing in serving clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Professional Services, and Financial Services industries. Our business and technology professionals provide a unique perspective, proven experience, with an innovative and collaborative approach to achieving results for clients.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Defining business requirements and providing recommendations to resolve client pain points
- Contributing to team brainstorms and effectively communicating information
- Designing, prototyping, and building technical solutions in Oracle Cloud
- Conducting system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Delivering end-user training and conducting knowledge transfer sessions with the client
- Developing Peloton knowledge assets and intellectual property
Required Experience and Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Candidates with CA or ICWA qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Access
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where projects and deadlines often require multi-tasking and flexible work schedules
- Self-starter with solid analytical and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to integrate rapidly with existing team
- Good personal organizational and planning skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong Commitment to customer service

Compensation:
