Responsibilities
· Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, preferably HCM Suite (irrespective of modules).
· Customize HCM functionalities using tools like HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
· Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Perform system upgrades, patches, know-how of Release upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, should be aware/know-how of TDS _ Technical Design Specification documents.
· Familiarize end-users on new technical functionalities and updates, exposure on liaising with the client IT Technical teams & collaborate.
· Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
· Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements.
Requirements
· Btech/BE in Computer Science, Information Systems, or BTech + MBA with Technical expertise related field.
· 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience.
· Hands-on expertise in HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, External Integrations.
· Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
