We are actively seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, talented professionals who are passionate about developing and deploying change strategies in support of technology and process change implementations. The ideal candidate has the ability to deliver an extraordinary experience and exceptional service by leading clients through a structured change management process. Strong business analysis, facilitation, and communication skills, as well as a desire to be hands-on developing material, will be critical success factors for the chosen candidate
Responsibilities
· Apply structured change management methodologies to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
· Execute change management activities to drive user adoption and minimize business disruption during project implementations.
· Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools aligned with project objectives.
· Support communication planning and execution, including design, development, and delivery of stakeholder communications.
· Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analyses.
· Identify change risks and resistance areas and develop mitigation strategies.
· Support training initiatives, including requirement gathering, content input, and coordination of training delivery.
· Perform change management assessments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Ensure alignment and integration of change management activities within overall project management frameworks.
· Document requirements and contribute to the development and delivery of training and adoption programs.
· Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Required Experience & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
· 10+ years of consulting experience supporting technology or business process transformation initiatives, with at least 2 years focused on Change Management.
· Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
· Experience across full project lifecycle phases including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
· Experience supporting change initiatives related to Financial, Human Capital Management, or Supply Chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM) preferred.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and hybrid delivery environment.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

· Willingness to travel within India and occasionally internationally, based on project requirements.
Additional Desired Skills
· Change Management certifications such as CCMP, Prosci, or equivalent are preferred.
· Experience working within global delivery models, including offshore/onshore project environments.
· Exposure to instructional design and e-learning development is a plus.
· Experience with OGL (Oracle Guided Learning) will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles.
