Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud professional to lead and support our global EPM Cloud practice. This role provides technical leadership, people leadership, and delivery oversight for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across Latin America, while also supporting LATAM-based consultants working on North America EPM Cloud programs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering modern Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to enterprise clients.

This role provides technical leadership, people leadership, and delivery oversight for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across Latin America, while also supporting LATAM-based consultants working on North America EPM Cloud programs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering modern Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to enterprise clients.
As an Oracle EPM Lead, you will be responsible for:
EPM Cloud Practice & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop LATAM-based Oracle EPM Cloud consultants
- Act as the primary delivery lead for LATAM EPM Cloud engagements
- Support resource planning, utilization management, and skills development
- Establish and enforce EPM Cloud delivery standards, best practices, and documentation
- Partner with global Oracle practice leadership to align on delivery approach and priorities
Client Delivery & Engagement
- Serve as solution lead or engagement lead for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and AMS engagements
- Lead and participate in requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Support LATAM team members delivering work across North America and LATAM-based EPM Cloud programs
- Act as a senior escalation point for functional, technical, and integration issues
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client finance and IT leadership
Technical Leadership – Oracle EPM Cloud
- Provide hands-on leadership across Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including:
- Planning (Workforce, Capital, Project, Financials)
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation)
- PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management)
- EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management)
- Lead EPM Cloud integrations and automation using Data Integration, REST APIs, and EPM Automate
- Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and technical deliverables
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices are met
Pre-Sales & Practice Growth
- Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture and effort estimation
- Contribute to practice assets, accelerators, and reusable templates
- Assist with talent development and hiring within the LATAM EPM Cloud team
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 10 years of EPM consulting experience with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud and 2+ years in a team leadership position.
- Proven experience leading EPM Cloud implementations and/or AMS engagements
- Strong expertise across multiple EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting)
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
- Professional services or consulting background
- Ability to lead teams across regions and time zones
- Portuguese and English fluency required; Spanish a plus

Additional Desired Skills:
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
- Experience supporting North America-based clients
- Experience with Anaplan and/or other EPM products
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud integrations
