Analista de IT Operations & Workplace Engineering para atuar no suporte técnico interno Global da organização, garantindo o funcionamento adequado de sistemas corporativos, infraestrutura de TI, acessos, integrações e dispositivos utilizados pelos colaboradores.
Analista de IT Operations & Workplace Engineering para atuar no suporte técnico interno Global da organização, garantindo o funcionamento adequado de sistemas corporativos, infraestrutura de TI, acessos, integrações e dispositivos utilizados pelos colaboradores.
O profissional será responsável por assegurar estabilidade, segurança e conformidade dos ambientes internos, atuando de forma estruturada dentro de processos ITSM e promovendo melhoria contínua dos serviços de TI Globalmente.
Responsabilidades
Responsabilidades
- Suporte a Usuários
- Prestar suporte técnico de 1º e 2º nível a usuários internos;
- Atuar na resolução de incidentes relacionados a sistemas corporativos, acessos, dispositivos e integrações;
- Suportar ambientes Windows e Linux (estações e servidores internos);
- Gerenciar contas de usuários, permissões e acessos (IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID ou similares);
- Apoiar onboarding e offboarding de colaboradores (criação e revogação de acessos);
- Realizar troubleshooting de rede (DNS, conectividade, VPN, impressoras, etc.);
- Apoiar configurações de equipamentos, políticas de segurança e atualizações.
- Segurança & Compliance
- Apoiar aplicação de políticas de segurança da informação via Sophos, N-able e smartsheet;
- Gerenciar e revisar permissões e acessos a sistemas internos;
- Apoiar controle de patches e atualizações críticas;
- Auxiliar na investigação inicial de incidentes de segurança;
- Apoiar auditorias internas fornecendo evidências técnicas;
- Atuar junto a ferramentas de endpoint e monitoramento de segurança (Sophos e N-able).
- ITSM & Governança
- Atuar conforme processos ITIL (Incidente, Problema, Mudança e Requisição);
- Registrar, categorizar e priorizar chamados conforme SLA;
- Conduzir análise de causa raiz (RCA) quando necessário;
- Apoiar reuniões de Change Advisory Board (CAB);
- Criar e manter documentação técnica e base de conhecimento;
- Propor melhorias contínuas para redução de incidentes recorrentes;
- Monitorar métricas operacionais atraves de ferramentas como Datadog, Analytics e outros.
- Automação & Melhoria Operacional
- Desenvolver scripts em Python, PowerShell ou Bash para automatizar tarefas repetitivas;
- Trabalhar com integrações via APIs REST (Microsoft Graph, ferramentas SaaS, etc.);
- Automatizar rotinas de provisionamento, validação e sincronização de dados;
- Apoiar melhoria de processos internos de TI por meio de automação.
Requisitos Técnicos Obrigatórios
- Experiência com suporte técnico corporativo (nível 1 e 2);
- Conhecimento sólido em ambientes Windows;
- Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Linux;
- Experiência com Active Directory ou Entra ID;
- Conhecimento de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN);
- Conhecimento em fundamentos de segurança da informação (controle de acesso, patching, hardening básico);
- Experiência com Sophos, N-able e automações avançadas do Smartsheet;
- Capacidade de troubleshooting estruturado;
- Diferenciais
- Experiência com integrações via API;
- Experiência com ferramentas ITSM;
- Experiência com scripts (PowerShell, Python ou similar).
- Experiência com ferramentas de segurança (endpoint protection, EDR);
- Conhecimento em automação de processos internos.
