Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and curious Analyst / Trainee to join our Oracle HCM consulting team. In this role, you will support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions while working closely with clients and senior consultants.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, who are eager to build a career in enterprise technology consulting and digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support functional consultants in the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Participate in client workshops and assist with documenting business requirements and process flows.
- Assist with functional testing, data validation, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation within the consulting team.
- Maintain a proactive learning mindset, developing expertise in Oracle HCM solutions and HR business processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
- Exposure to HR processes such as Core HR, Talent Management, or Payroll is a plus.
- Spanish and English for communication are a plus.
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems or cloud applications is beneficial.
