As the Local Delivery Lead for Brazil Operations, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of consulting Services across Brazil region, ensuring alignment with Peloton’s global strategy, local client needs, and operational excellence standards. You will be reporting to the Head of Latin America Delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Work in partnership with the Head of LATAM Operations to build and execute the vision for the delivery of consulting services across Brazil, aligned with overall business strategy and local client requirements.
- Identify market trends and opportunities within Brazil and Latin America to expand business and provide support to the team and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success Executive and Application Managed Services teams to support growth and ensure smooth delivery and high customer experience across the region.
- Partner with Oracle do Brasil Alliances’ team to drive alignment, transparency, and consistency across initiatives.
Delivery Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting services’ projects across Brazil and Latin America, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Monitor key projects’ performance closely with the Client Success Executives (CSEs) and take corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), contractual obligations, and regional regulatory considerations.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams of consultants and service delivery managers across multiple projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and client-centricity across regional delivery teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Define staffing plans and actively monitor resource allocation during project execution to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and maintain efficient and scalable delivery processes, including standardized methodologies, tools, and best practices across Brazil and Latin America.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost management across regional projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
Peloton is seeking a values-driven Delivery Leader with deep expertise in the Oracle ecosystem and a strong background in professional services. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of Oracle consulting experience, including both implementation and support, and at least 5+ years at the management or director level.
- Proven track record of delivery leadership within professional services, particularly in technology consulting Services environments.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities, with experience handling complex stakeholder environments across regions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, including coaching and mentoring geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address delivery challenges and identify operational, commercial, and technical opportunities that drive customer value and scalable improvements.
- Expertise across relevant industry domains, including Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, Life Sciences, High Tech, Professional Services, and Financial Services.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and delivery governance.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently while supporting clients and internal teams.
- Strong alignment with Peloton’s culture and values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, a “can-do” attitude, and openness in sharing ideas.
- Willingness to travel as required across the region.
