About the Role 
Clarvida is hiring a Financial Analyst II to support financial operations, reporting, and strategic analysis across programs and service lines. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and collaboration with finance and operational leadership. 
As Financial Analyst II, you will perform advanced financial and business-related research and analytics, including preparation of complex forecasts, analysis of financial reports and trends, and development of reporting tools to support organizational decision-making. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and performance improvement. 
 
Responsibilities 
• Compile and analyze complex financial and operational data including enrollment, funding streams, claims payments, revenue cycles, and cost drivers 
• Prepare integrated financial analysis and management reports on a timely and accurate basis, including detailed variance analysis and trend identification 
• Develop and maintain financial models to project present and future financial performance 
• Support and lead standardized monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles 
• Perform technical financial analysis to evaluate program sustainability, productivity, and profitability 
 Advise management of expected outcomes and recommend strategies to improve financial and operational results 
• Conduct business-related studies including ROI analysis, cost analysis, and financial impact assessments 
• Develop and maintain advanced spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools 
• Collaborate with operations, billing, compliance, and executive leadership teams to ensure alignment of financial goals 
• Communicate with internal departments and external agencies to research and resolve financial discrepancies 
 Participate in financial analysis projects including ad hoc reporting, data gathering, documentation of findings, and presentation of results 
 Assist in developing and documenting financial policies and procedures 
• May provide guidance or mentorship to junior analysts 
• Other duties as assigned or requested 
Required Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analytics 
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
Preferred Qualifications 
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) 
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, managed care, or human services environments 
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or data visualization platforms 
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
