About your Role:
As a Family Support Case Manager, will work under the direct supervision of the Family Support Unit Director focused on completing risk and safety assessments, progress notes, service plans and all other program documentation required. Providing clinical, behavioral and psycho-educational treatment modalities based on the completed assessments conducted through family, group therapies and supervised visitation which is focused on empowering families in developing skills to utilize during familial interactions. This position requires transporting clients and families as needed across the assigned community.

Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Family Studies or other Human Services related field; OR
- Associate’s Degree in a Human Services related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children and families
- CAN or LPN with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children and families
- Satisfactory results of PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
