About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Resource Parent Team Lead to provide leadership, oversight, and support to staff working directly with resource (foster) parents. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality support services for foster families, promote placement stability, and maintain compliance with program and state requirements.

In this role, you will help ensure high-quality support services for foster families, promote placement stability, and maintain compliance with program and state requirements.
This position blends direct program oversight with mentorship and collaboration, making it ideal for someone with foster care experience who enjoys supporting both families and staff.
Responsibilities
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to Resource Parent Support staff
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for foster care policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support resource parents by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting placement stability
• Collaborate with foster care leadership, case managers, and community partners
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
• Monitor documentation, service delivery, and compliance with agency and state standards
• Participate in program planning, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience working in foster care, child welfare, or family support services required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a community-based environment
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass all required background checks
