Client Care Department Lead

ACCESS San Fernando Valley is seeking a Client Care Lead to join our growing team!
Job Purpose:
• Support and uphold quality control within the Client Care department.
• Provide secondary point of contact through which all client care questions, comments,
concerns, and issues can be handled.
• Provide training to Client Care Team in an effort to improve service offerings to clients as
well as streamline communication within the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the individuals working within the Client Care department to ensure their work
product is excellent.
• Provides continuous feedback and strives to improve performance and work experience
of the team.
• Round Client Care Representative staff members at the beginning of shifts.
• Audit all records for patients that have been checked in to ensure consistency and quality
control.
• Responsible for completion of daily tasks and reviewing efficiency and accuracy of such.
• Prioritizes client experience/communication and coaches team members.
• Creates the daily task assignment list for all Client Care Representatives.
• As assigned by the Client Care Manager, trains staff in various areas of client service and
operational systems.
• Train new and existing staff and to follow through on training individuals.
• Assist the Client Care Manager with scheduling and team call-out coverage during shifts.
• Other Administrative duties as needed and or assigned by the Client Care Manager.
Qualifications:
• Must have been a member of the Client Care Representative team historically (Preferred).
• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Dedicated to providing the highest level of client service experience.
Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00 + overnight, swing, and weekend differentials - compensation to be determined upon experience/skills assessment.
**The position requires flexible availability, including the possibility of swing shifts. Additionally, at least one weekend shift will be required**
