Role Description:

 

Join our Marketing Team as a Copywriter and play a crucial role in amplifying the Oak Street Health brand across multiple platforms. Guided by our Senior Creative Director and the VP of Brand, you'll engage in a wide array of projects, from print and digital campaigns to video content and social media initiatives. As a vital part of our diverse team, your creativity will help develop messaging that truly connects with our audience.

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and designers to conceptualize and execute ideas across all channels.

  • Efficiently manage and deliver on campaign elements with minimal oversight.

  • Master the brand's tone and voice across various platforms.

  • Handle multiple tasks and thrive in a high-pressure setting.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, team members, and Oak Street Health Center staff.

  • Pitch creative ideas effectively, aligning with client and business objectives.

  • Conduct interviews with patients and staff for video content.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills across all interactions.

  • Craft copy for promotional videos, print materials, and digital.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum three years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or PR 

  • Ability to commute to corporate office, downtown Chicago, at least 1x/week 

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and conceptual skills.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and create innovatively.

  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.

  • Aptitude for working collaboratively in a fast-paced team and managing multiple priorities.

  • Initiative, ownership, and a collaborative spirit are must-haves.

  • Educational background or skills relevant to marketing and communication preferred.

  • US work authorization.
