Healthcare Administration Intern
Description
Core Responsibilities:
Contribute to the advancement of the quality program within Oak Street Health, leading to improved health outcomes and admission prevention
Provide education to clinic team members to improve quality performance, including quality compliance, quality exclusions, quality documentation, and recommended strategies to improve quality scores
Create/maintain quality worklists for clinics to enable timely review of quality gaps and track progress
Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities per clinic/care team
Review patient charts/records in EMR (electronic medical record) systems and upload documentation where applicable
Other duties as assigned

US work authorization
