Title: Director, RBE Clinical Innovation

Location: Downtown Chicago (30 W. Monroe St.) / Remote

Role Description:

The Director, RBE Clinical Innovation is responsible for overseeing the ideation, design, build, and implementation of new clinical interventions that improve patient experience, quality, and total cost of care.  In this role, the Director will collaborate with Oak Street Health, Signify Health, Aetna, and the broader CVS Health teams to expand the suite of interventions applied to RBE attributed patients while ensuring quality and efficiency in operations. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support year-over-year improvement in attributed patient experience, quality, and total cost of care by activating both interventions that exist elsewhere in the organization and can be applied to the RBE, as well as interventions newly built and applied specifically to the RBE population 

  • Continuously improve performance of owned interventions through proactive identification and execution on operational opportunities

  • Engage cross-functionally with CVS Health entities (Oak Street Health, Signify Health, Aetna, Retail Health, etc.) to ensure smooth design, build, and implementation of interventions

  • Problem solve with aforementioned stakeholders to create sustainable clinical solutions

  • Manage multiple clinical intervention project plans to ensure efforts stay on track for deadlines and prepare updates and read-out on project progress

  • Manage technology, dashboards, and metrics related to new clinical intervention operations while partnering with leadership to seek opportunities for improvement

  • Other duties, as assigned

  • A flexible and positive attitude, oriented toward accountability

  • Project management experience 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in healthcare operations preferred, but not required

  • US work authorization
