Role Description:

The EMR and Software Support Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of Oak Street Health's Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Greenway Primesuite. This role will be responsible for managing, implementing, and training Oak Street's new team members on Greenway functionality and workflows, as well as providing ongoing training and support for team members who are already using Greenway in our clinics. Success requires high levels of problem solving ability, a high degree of resourcefulness, and excellent communications skills. Specific role responsibilities include:
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oak Street internal expert on clinical and service team workflows

  • Champion the maintenance and optimization of Oak Street EMR

  • Facilitate training and update new hire training, as needed

  • Participate in new clinic openings and continued onsite support

  • Provider remote support to all OSH clinics through a ticketing system along with other team members

  • Identify project issues and possible enhancements to resolve or escalate, as appropriate

  • Review and test changes, interfaces, and enhancements with each planned EMR upgrade

  • Maintain constant communication with clinics for feedback and enhancements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Strong presence, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Incredible level of organization and reliability

  • Flexibility to travel throughout multiple States between our clinics

  • US work authorization
