About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for the NORAM region. This key role will be responsible for the development and execution of acquisition and cross sell campaigns across our corporate legal department business segment, KPI analysis and reporting, budget management and will partner closely with sales leadership to drive revenue growth in NORAM. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Demand Generation.  


The ideal candidate will have strong demand generation experience and will have worked in a SaaS company.   


Please note: This role is remote; however, the candidate should have the ability to travel into Lehi, UT periodically for team offsites, and to industry events where the candidate is leading the event strategy.


What your contributions will be: 

  • Develop, execute, and analyze multiple demand-driving programs for our corporate legal department business segment simultaneously, delivering against MQL, SQL through to pipeline attribution at or above monthly targets.  
  • Research and present recommendations for direct response marketing programs including, but not limited to email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, PPC, SEO, content syndication, industry conferences and online events.  
  • Manage program execution, including ABM, ensuring all tactical campaign elements are executed accurately and on time and ensure all campaign elements (messaging, content, creative, audience targeting) are aligned with the campaign plan and budget. 
  • Manage programs with industry associations and publications including securing dates, placements, tactic types, and lead delivery. 
  • Drive the strategy for your content requirements, working closely with the content marketing team for campaign deliverables (case studies, white papers, Web pages, etc.)  
  • Source regional events in person and virtual, to drive engagement to expand reputation and reach. 
  • Elevate brand affinity and credibility through innovative event experiences and impactful speaking engagements. 
  • Leverage the Channel Partner ecosystem to drive brand awareness and demand in new markets. 
  • A maniacal focus on metric reporting and analysis to show evaluation of marketing program performance against revenue KPI’s and provide recommendations for tactical optimization. 
  • Provide recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics based on testing and analysis and optimize programs to achieve maximum impact. 
  • Partner with the sales team and revenue operations to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement.  
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices. 


What you will bring to the team 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Hands-on B2B experience in inbound and demand generation marketing, including evidence of owning campaign execution, evaluation and optimization 
  • 6+ years’ experience in a global organization in a high-growth regional role 
  • Equal strengths in technical (marketing automation program structure) and creative skills (event concepts, email copy, direct mail programs, content topics, hosting webinars, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing best practices and demand generation metrics 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Hands on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms and CRM systems 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines 
  • Strong collaborative skills 
  • Positive, self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Enthusiasm for learning new programs, platforms, and technologies 


Required Education and Experience:  

  • Hands-on experience using Marketo or similar Marketing Automation tools
  • Experience using Asana, or other project management tools 
  • Experience using Salesforce 
  • Marketing experience in B2B SaaS software industry 
  • Experience using webinar tools (i.e. On24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar)
