myHR Partner manages human resources outsourcing for small companies across the country.  You will work in our Hiring Management division. As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll work to support our team during the hiring process in a variety of ways to ensure we’re providing a 5-star experience to everyone we interact with. Day-to-day you’ll:

  • As directed by talent acquisition specialist you'll follow up with candidates to keep them engaged and updated
  • Post and monitor ads to various job boards
  • Enter applicant data and assist in accurately maintaining our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Perform background verifications
  • Assist in maintaining our video interview platform and related expenses
  • Support various projects within the talent acquisition team

What you need to thrive in this role:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Location: While this is mostly a remote position, you’ll need to commute to the Bethlehem, PA area for training and meetings
  • Software Skills: Must be well versed in MS Office and various software
