Job description:
- Receive and process requests from B2B customers related to products, services, or orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical) to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Professionally handle customer complaints, providing reasonable solutions in line with company policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills/ Experiences:
- Above 2 years in customer service or Sales administration in B2B business
- Good communication and problem- solving skills
- Good English- speaking and writing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent
