Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define Dynamics 365 solution requirements.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs, including customizations and integrations.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues in Dynamics 365.
- Create functional documentation and conduct training for end-users.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to provide consistent support and improve system functionality.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred).
