We are seeking to appoint a Tender and Pricing Analyst to manage our tender processes, ensuring in-depth analysis and review is undertaken prior, during and after completion to ensure our future processes and approaches to tenders and pricing are appropriate and fit-for purpose.
The Role
In this demanding but crucial role, you will:
- Tender management: processing of complex tender documents in accordance with the tendering conditions for our EMEA region.
- Preparation of data.
- Timely request and updating of internal and external information and analyses.
- Identification of unclarities in tenders, formulation of bidder enquiries and coordination ith legal departments.
- System maintenance: conditions, contract, and master data management.
- Performance review and reporting.
The Person
To succeed in this role you will:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in International business, Controlling, Finance or a comparable field of study.
- Have an advantage if you have prior experience in processing tenders.
- Have solid analytical skills combined with an affinity for numbers.
- Show resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Be independent, structured, and take a responsible approach of working.
- Have strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Have strong working knowledge of MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills.
- Be fluent in both German and English.

Additional Information
