MCC Label is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Pricing Analytics and Strategy team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated experience developing dashboard views in QlikView. The candidate should have experience working large datasets, using tools such as SQL, Power-BI or others to query, analyze and create reports

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will: work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, design data models, create and maintain dashboards, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide insights that drive business decisions
• Design and develop data models to create dashboards and reports
• Create and maintain QlikView dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to QlikView and other BI solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BI technology and data analytics
• Embrace and promote a positive culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• 5+ years of experience working with QlikView
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
