Scope of Duties:
- Planning and settling the work schedule within the assigned department in line with the production plan and shipment deadlines
- Allocating tasks to individual machines, overseeing the activities performed by subordinate employees, and ensuring proper staffing levels in the area
- Supervising the achievement of quality and efficiency targets
- Ensuring that product data (related to packaging/finishing) in the technological card complies with customer requirements specified in the specification or reference materials
- Implementing optimization initiatives aimed at improving processes within the department and at process interfaces
- Supervising and controlling workstations with respect to orderliness and cleanliness of the production line
- Ongoing cooperation with managers and coordinators of related departments
- Coordinating with the Maintenance Department regarding scheduled inspections, service, machine validation, and associated downtime
- Implementing preventive and corrective actions resulting from, among others, complaint-handling procedures
Requirements:
- Strong ability to effectively organize own work and the work of subordinates in line with priorities set by the supervisor
- Minimum secondary education
- Category B driving license
- Proficiency in computer use (MS Office) and ERP systems
- English language skills sufficient for fluent verbal and written communication
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to ensure task execution by subordinate employees
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
