We’re excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Technical Service Lead to head up our Regional Technical Service Representatives (TSR) team for the Europe North region.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of TSRs, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer focus.
- Be the Expert: Act as a primary technical contact for regional accounts, providing advanced troubleshooting and optimization.
- Drive Innovation: Introduce new products and processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with R&D, operations, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Support Onboarding: Oversee print trials, press approvals, and technical onboarding for new products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Print technical knowledge.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing, engaging and motivating a team.
- Project management skills.
- Experience of process and product development within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information
