IT Project Analyst
Reporting to: LATAM IT Manager
JOB SUMMARY
An IT project analyst plans, manages, and executes information technology projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include creating schedules, monitoring suppliers, analyzing risks, ensuring quality, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. In addition, the professional must propose technological solutions, promote the use of agile methodologies, and ensure adequate documentation.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Planning and Management: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring execution to ensure goals are met.
Scope and Risk Management: Ensure projects are within the defined scope, identify and manage risks, and propose solutions to challenges.
Analysis and Feasibility: Conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses to propose innovative solutions.
Supplier Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor the work of suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Communication: Report progress and risks to stakeholders and validate results with users at each delivery stage.
Quality: Ensure the quality of generated products and project documentation for knowledge transfer.
Proactively identify needs, seeking to identify possible alternative solutions.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Information Technology, Software Engineering, and related fields -
Fluent English and Spanish Advanced
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
Analytical, exploratory and logical thinking, problem-solving, good communication, negotiation skills, adaptability and organization.
3 years of IT project execution.
Experience with process mapping and system solution design
Experience in ERP system migration
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (ON THE JOB)
Protheus System Mandatory.
Intranet System.
BI- Knowledge of project management methodologies, analysis tools, and possibly familiarity with different systems and programming languages.
