The Business Development Executive works to improve MCC’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. He/She is responsible for meeting budget expectations and delivering YOY growth exceeding the market growth rates. The Account Executive focuses on three main areas: New Account Development, Client Retention, and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY : To assist Production Manager in controlling production activities in the factory  

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s): 

  • Ensures the Press Operations are meeting their Objectives and KPI. 
  • Deals with Internal customer in terms of Business development and Improvements. 
  • Works with the QA team in problem solving Analysis. 
  • Assists to manage the QMS Documentations. 
  • Preparation of monthly production report and KPI. 
  • Reviews the reports being submitted by the Production Supervisors. 
  • Manpower planning, developments and skill training  
  • Implement continues improvement plans for production  
  • Set and review operation procedure and work instruction  
  • Ensure all the data update up to the month end thru Radius system  
  • To ensure all actions & behaviour are consistent with the company values and contribute to the positive MCC culture and professional customer relationships. 
  • Undertake periodic internal quality Audit  
  • Ensures High level of accountability ownership are developed within the Press operations. 
  • 5S and safety compliance 
  • Collaboration and cooperation in driving for success. 
  • Team work, support and commitment. 
  • Others responsibilities as when delegated by Superior(s) 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education / Experience ; 

  • Graduate of any 4 year Course 
  • At least with two (2) year working experience in manufacturing. Experience in printing industry will be an advantage. 
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory post 

 

Skills / Abilities ; 

  • No colour blind.  
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Fluent in English & local language verbal and written 
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent. 
  • Strong planning, analytical and communication skills 
  • Can work with less supervision. 
  • Strong team work.
