Job Description:

  • Human Resources: C&B, Labor contract, PIT, Insurance, Law, KPI, JD, HSE, 5S , Safety, Discipline , Process, Recruiment, Sedex & URSA audit, ISO Audit of QA Dept., Annual heal checking, Waste.
  • Administrative Support: Buy furniture, labor protection, computer equipment. Organize event, meetings, and teamwork activities
  • Travel Management: Arrange all flights, transportation, accommodation, visas and ensure the best cost available. Travelling for staff.
  • Communication: Translation, provide translation assistance at meetings and for documents as required to local staff, suppliers, contractors and customers
  • Project and Administration: HR strategy, Training and HR activities as requested by General Director
  • Direct reports to GM.
  • Work directly with the Corporation: Headcount, Dayforce, Jobvite, Turnover and asenteeism
  • Human Right: Culture. In charge of implementing standards concerning Human rights, Human right impact
  • Qualifications:

    • Graduation: University degree in a relevant discipline (Priority to graduate in law) with 3-5 experience years in the role.
    • Advanced courses in relevant discipline
    • English skills: High level in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
    Salary: Negotiation
