Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

FP&A Support 

  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Conduct financial variance analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, identify trends, and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting financial and business performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial planning processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • This role will be operating under evening shift. (1PM to 10PM)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
