Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Park Meadows Apartments, a well-established 360-unit apartment community in Waite Park, MN.

What You'll Do: As our Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression of the community and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Every day is different, from touring apartment homes and helping future residents find the perfect fit, to supporting resident retention and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional community and apartment tours.
• Build relationships with prospects and convert inquiries into signed leases.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial tour through move-in.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and all required resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records in Yardi.
• Follow up promptly with prospective residents to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Stay current on apartment availability, pricing, floor plans, and community amenities.
• Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are clean, attractive, and ready to show.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and lease renewals.
• Support marketing efforts through online advertising, outreach, and local business relationships.
• Conduct market surveys and provide competitive market feedback to management.
• Help maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the community.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in multifamily leasing, apartment management, or a customer service or sales-focused role.
• Previous apartment industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and property management software, including Yardi or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations is preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to complete required company training.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work on-site Monday – Friday from 9AM to 6PM

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• $16 - $18/HR DOE
• New lease commission
