Description
Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Gates of Rochester Apartments, a 413 unit property in Rochester, Minnesota.
The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.
What We Are Offering:
- Compensation: $16 - $18/hour PLUS up to $100 commissions per new lease
- The opportunity for an annual raise
- 401k match up to $4,000 match or 3%, whichever is greater
- 20% off rent at any of our owned communities

- Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
