Roving Apartment Landscaper — Full-Time

Monarch is seeking a full-time Roving Apartment Landscaper to join our team! This is steady, year-round work with strong benefits and real room to grow.

You'll maintain grounds and curb appeal across six beautiful apartment communities within a 20-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC. Transportation between properties is provided.

What Our Roving Landscaper Will Do:

• Travel within the region (up to 75%); transportation provided between properties
• Oversee daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns
• Perform spring and fall cleanup
• Maintain and track inventory of all grounds-related supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company
• Perform light/basic tree and bush trimming
• Support upgrade projects and assist maintenance teams with preventative maintenance and other tasks

What You Need:

• 1 year of experience in a related role
• General knowledge of grounds maintenance/landscaping
• Ability to safely operate equipment
• A valid driver's license
