Pay: $30–$35/hr (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses

Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to advance. This is a hands-on position. Help turn around troubled sites, fill in where needed, train, mentor, motivate other Supervisors, perform site audits, and manage large capital projects for 2000-unit apartment portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Travel between assigned communities to oversee maintenance operations and ensure work quality, safety, and efficiency
- Lead and support on-site maintenance teams, providing hands-on training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, compressors, blowers, and thermostats
- Perform and oversee apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Ensure preventative maintenance programs are properly implemented at each property
- Assist area Maintenance Director with vendor coordination, inspections, and capital project management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with regional leadership

What We’re Looking For
- Strong HVAC skills and experience (EPA certification preferred)
- Apartment Maintenance Supervisor experience on large communities (> 300 Units).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain apartment systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel daily between multiple communities (mileage reimbursed)
- Role Model, with positive attitude who leads be example.
- Must be organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
