Hiring Part-Time Bilingual Leasing Consultant
As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16-$16.50/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Location: 3620 Breckenridge Ct, Fitchburg, WI 53713
Schedule: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday

What We Give You:
- $16-$16.50 an hour
- New lease commissions (up to $100 each)
- Support and training to be success in this position
What You Will be Doing:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual
- 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
- Skilled problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
- The drive to learn and get better everyday
