Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Southwoods Apartments- a 260-unit community in Sappington, MO. This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and help keep the property running smoothly.

Pay and Perks:

• $27-$30 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
• Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year
• Annual raises based on performance
• On-call stipend paid even if you're not called out ($100 per week)

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
  • HVAC and EPA Certifications required
  • CPO Certification required
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
