HVAC Maintenance Rover (NO ON-CALL)
 
📍 North County – St. Louis, MO
💵 $19–$23/hr + Quarterly Bonuses 
 
Ready to travel between sites and build your career with a stable, growing company? Monarch Investment is hiring a Maintenance Rover to support 14 apartment communities across North St. Louis County.
💼 Position Perks:

  • PTO:
      • 80 hours in Year 1, 120 hours in Years 2–4, 160 hours after 5+ years

📋 Requirements:
  • EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
  • HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites
  • 1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred
🔧 Duties Include:
  • HVAC repairs (split systems, PTACs, boilers, etc.)
  • Unit make-readies, service requests & general maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance, power washing, landscaping, snow removal
  • Support special projects and assist other site teams as needed
  • Paint & Stain both interior and exterior application
  • Drywalling including painting and carpentry
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems including sweating copper piping
  • Knowledge of electrical systems including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Extensive knowledge of repair and diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposals
  • Water heater knowledge for both gas and electric systems
