We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at District at Ashland in Ashland, OH. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay $20.00 - $22.00

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Assist with general upkeep of grounds and apartment exteriors

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
• HVAC experience and certifications preferred but not required
