Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fairfield Apartments, a 337-unit community in Little Rock. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
- Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
- Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
- Interior/exterior painting and repairs
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 3 weeks)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry, drywall & painting
- Water heater systems (gas & electric)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + on-call rotation
