Groundskeeper – Full-Time, Year-Round
Location: Hunters Ridge Apartments & South Point Apartments 
Pay: $15–$17/hour (DOE) + bonuses
 
We’re hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal
  • Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
  • Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations
  • Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed
  • Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear
  • Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed

  • $15–$17/hour plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses

Requirements:
  • Ability to operate blowers, trimmers, and basic equipment
  • Willing to work outdoors year-round
