Apartment Maintenance Technician - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-Unit property located in St. Cloud, MN.
 
We are offering up to $27.00/HR PLUS a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and up to $3,000 a year in quarterly bonus potential!

GREAT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND/OR OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone (1 week every 7 weeks)
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ years' experience in general maintenance
  • Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
  • Knowledge of HVAC and water heaters a plus
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
 
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
