Our Rotational Analyst Program gives you hands-on exposure to key areas of the business—helping you build a strong foundation in operations, analytics, and investment strategy.
💼 What You’ll Gain Experience In:
🏁 Training & Onboarding
- Comprehensive introduction to Monarch’s systems, operations, and business model
🏢 On-Site Property Experience (Up to 3 months – housing provided)
- Live and work at one of our apartment communities
- Gain real-world insight into property operations and resident experience
📊 Accounting & Financials
- Learn financial reporting, budgeting, and core accounting processes
📈 Corporate Services & Data Analysis
- Use data to influence business decisions and drive performance
📣 Marketing
- Analyze campaigns and help optimize marketing strategies
📌 Project & Asset Management
- Partner with Asset Management teams on key initiatives and special projects
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (internships included)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for on-site rotation (housing provided)
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for real estate
💰 Compensation & Perks
- $60,000 – $65,000 annual salary
- Performance-based raises (up to 5% annually)
