🧰 What You’ll Do:
• Knock out work orders quickly and efficiently
• Turn units (make-readies) to get apartments rent-ready fast
• Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues
• Keep the shop organized and ready for action
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)
• Turn units (make-readies) to get apartments rent-ready fast
• Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds

✅ What You Bring:
✔️ 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
✔️ HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications (preferred, not required)
✔️ Skills in:
🔹 Plumbing (copper, basic repairs)
🔹 Electrical (outlets, fixtures, switches)
🔹 Appliance repair
🔹 Drywall, painting, carpentry
🔹 Water heaters (gas & electric)
✔️ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✔️ Ready to work Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM–6PM + on-call rotation
✔️ HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications (preferred, not required)
✔️ Skills in:
