- Competitive pay - $23.00 to 24.00 per hour + commissions
- Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal

What You'll Do:
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
- Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
- Build and maintain strong resident relationships
- Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
- Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
