Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at Valley Park Apartments, a 149-unit community in Sioux City, IA.
This is a high-priority, immediate hire—we’re looking for someone who can step in confidently, lead a team, and keep the property running at its best from day one.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks

🔨 What You’ll Do: This is a working supervisor role—you’ll lead by example while staying hands-on:
• Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
• Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs
• Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards

✅ What You Bring: We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running:
✔️ 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily preferred)
✔️ Prior supervisory or leadership experience
✔️ Strong skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
✔️ HVAC & EPA Certification Preferred (Forced Air)
✔️ Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately
