Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at Ridge Oaks Apartments, a well-maintained 132-unit community in Sioux City, IA.
This is a high-priority, fast-moving hire—we’re looking for a confident leader who can jump in, take charge, and elevate the property from day one.

💰 Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus potential
📞 $100/week on-call bonus

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks
🔨 What You’ll Do: This is a working supervisor role—you’ll lead by example while staying hands-on:
• Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC (PTAC), plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall & carpentry

• Pool maintenance
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs
• Lead, train, and support your maintenance team
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds year-round
• Partner with the Property Manager on budgets, projects & capital improvements
• Ensure safety, compliance, and top-tier quality standards

✅ What You Bring:
✔️ 4+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
✔️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience
✔️ Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical & general repairs
✔️ HVAC & EPA Certification preferred
✔️ Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership
