🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Knock out service requests and apartment turns efficiently
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Handle painting, carpentry, and general repairs
- Keep the property looking sharp with preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
✅ What We Need From You:
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or facility preferred)
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliances, etc.
- EPA / HVAC / CPO certifications = a big plus
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Availability for on-call rotation (1 week every 3 weeks)
