Apartment Porter – Gatewood Apartments (Waite Park, MN) 
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
$15–$17/hour (DOE) + Excellent Benefits + Career Growth 
About the Role:
 
Gatewood Apartments in Waite Park is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

What You’ll Do:
 
  • Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas spotless
  • Clean and organize interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities)
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns
  • Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
  • Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.)
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns
What We’re Looking For:
 
  • 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
  • A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player
  • Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus
  • Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
 This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
